The successful candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, increasing profits and for the overall performance of the Nelspruit branch.
- Managing employees of Sales, Administration, Warehousing and Distribution departments
- Sales and operations budgets
- Managing the margins
- Actively seek and identify new markets opportunities and products
- Develop effective relationships with new and current Customers
- Monitoring competitor activity proactively
- Actively seeking and maintaining business across borders in Swaziland and Mozambique
- Strategically manage warehousing and distribution for the branch
- Manage stock
Requirements:
- Matric
- Tertiary Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain qualification advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Portuguese speaking would be advantageous.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel
- 3 – 5 years management experience, in a logistics/supply chain role, advantageous
- 5 – 7 years sales experience
- Proven track record in sales
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
