As the Associate Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for supporting process improvements across people, technology (Salesforce applications), and behavior in Sales and Marketing, working closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and support projects until handover to the Technology Lead for technical refinement. Additionally, you will contribute to the onboarding, training, and communication initiatives to support users and maximize the value of our applications.
The Associate BPM works closely with the Technology Leads to coordinate technical solution delivery and collaborates actively with the Global Business Process Manager on continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities
Lead projects related to process optimization in Sales and Marketing, serving as a project manager until handover to the Technology Lead for implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Ensure smooth transition and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Assist in the onboarding process and data migration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Drive the delivery of global training programs to ensure widespread adoption of optimized processes and new technologies. Find efficiencies in supporting the RUN organization, streamlining processes and workflows, and implementing best practices for application support.
Additional responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and operational support to ensure alignment and cohesion in Salesforce usage. Drive the setup of a Super User network with key system users to serve as first line end user support and support data management. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce-related matters. Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of Salesforce applications, including progress on enhancements, technical debt resolution, and optimization efforts.
Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus. Proven experience (2+ years) in project management, particularly in process optimization or business transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, with proven experience in Salesforce applications. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Administrator are a plus. Proven experience in capturing and translating business requirements into actionable plans. Ability to support projects through their lifecycle, ensuring successful handover to technical teams for implementation. Familiarity with data migration processes and integration challenges, especially in a global context. Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements across people, technology, and behavior. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the organization. Flexibility to manage time zone difference with international teams.
