Requirements:
•BSc in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
•Grade 12/ Matric
•MBL/MBA
•10 years experience in a manufacturing environment working as a General/Operations Manager
•Contribute to bringing about a culture and/or philosophy change in the organization towards World Class Manufacturing (i.e. OPEX, 20 Keys, Lean Six Sigma).
