We are exclusively working with this organisation who is looking for a Technical Superintendent to join their team in Jakarta. Working with a mixed fleet, you will be responsible for the day to day technical management of your assigned vessels, ensuring they are operated safely and effectively. Key to this will be: managing the PMS; troubleshooting on breakdowns; assessment of vessels' conditions; budget management for repairs, maintenance and drydockings. You will enjoy using your experience as a Chief Engineer, together with your experience ashore in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to identify and address areas for improvement or requirements for training on board.
