Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading company that is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Debtors Controller. As a Debtors Controller, you will be responsible for managing the collection process and ensuring timely and accurate payments from customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and resolving any issues or disputes related to payments. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of debtors management and collections processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in the financial services industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is preferred
