JOB OVERVIEW
To develop, manage and maintain the successful roll-out and execution of client campaigns and ensure the relationship with Saatchi & Saatchi and client is key
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients Work on TTL campaigns Schedule and attend meetings Ensure constant, consistent and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client and external stakeholders Strategic input and understand strategies developed for client Manage and control the scope and planning of campaigns across the team Manage risk and have contingency plans in place Manage and oversee budgets / revenue on all campaigns to ensure profitability Manage status documents, job bags, campaign costs and invoices Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activation Deliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectations Keep abreast of industry and digital marketing trends
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing / Advertising Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint) At least 4 year’s experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Manager with 1 year being at a Snr Account Manager (or similar) TTL & Digital experience is essential A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Excellent administration and organizational skills Strong time management skills Strong multi-tasking skills Strong leadership and presentation skills Social media savvy
