Our Client is looking for a HR Group administrator to plan ,direct and coordinate human recourse management and the activities of the company .
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement / Review of policies
- Assist with preparation and coordinating
- Grievances
- Ensure Timeous and accuracy of capturing reports
- Assist with coordinating Employee events
- Manage records and Data
- Assist with preparation and coordinating of hearings/ grievances
Qualification and Experience
- Qualification in HR
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role
- Labor legislation knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft office
