KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet customer service delivery targets
• Damage investigation and root cause analysis
• Understand and maintain VDS SOPs
• Understand and maintain OEM SOPs
• Maintain all vehicles movements on VTS
• Report VDS performance in daily / monthly meetings with customers
• Price adjustments - maintain price tables
• Reconcile billing file
• Customer Service within dealer base
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
REQUIRED:
• BCom Graduate (Logistics / Transportation)
• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential
• Computer literacy essential
• Excel intermediate/advance knowledge and experience critical
