Requirements:
•Relevant Bachelors Degree in Nursing/ Business Management
•Post basic qualifications in healthcare advantageous
•Strong leadership skills essential
•Experience in financial management essential
•The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
