Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented Project Manager to join our team in George.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Monitor the progress of all relevant dotsure.co.za projects and report back to stakeholders. Enforce deadlines and inject urgency when necessary. Liaise with relevant parties to discuss new concepts and ideas and offer insight into existing projects. Create product and system specification documents in order to assist the development teams to understand the requirements from business. Liaise with the development teams and communicate the technical constraints and challenges to the relevant parties. Articulating, queuing and prioritizing bug fixes and small developmental tasks. Assist with analysing data, conducting market research and compiling research reports

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances. Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise. Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 1 year experience in a projects or dev environment is required. Relevant qualification in project/business management is advantageous. A general understanding of SCRUM and Agile Development methodology. Knowledge of PMBOK and Prince2 principles as well SDLC methodology. Knowledge and awareness of how business ideas and concepts translate into online and social media projects.
