Solugrowth is looking for a Change Process Manager/Engineer for a 4 months contract role based in Parktown (Hybrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing & implementing ISO 9001 Process Change Management strategy and plan Design a Process Change management plan: Outlining all change interventions to transition people from current to future stateAssess People change impact - conduct impact analysis and assess change readinessSupport learning interventions - document enterprise-wide Training Requirements and support the design & delivery if training programsProduce strategies to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes - promote faster adoption Apply a structured methodology & lead the overall change management activities and drive a vertical uptake Support & coach functional leadership teams (Heads, Managers & Team Leads) as they help their teams through the transition process Support Change Governance & communication efforts - Design, manage and deliver key communications to business & stakeholders across all levels Define and measure change success and monitor overall progress
