KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Proven history with Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Advertising as well as Marketing Communications to build brand and brand awareness.
• Experienced in creation of marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• To ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including operations, product managers, and Exco team
• Collects client data, analyses interactions, and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future social media strategies and campaigns.
• Reports progress to senior management
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
• Research and monitors activity of organization competitors
• Uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing and product launch campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
• Manage all company social media content strategies.
• Establish and maintain brand budgets.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in marketing or related field
• 3-5 years proven track record in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Digital marketing activities/ strategies
• Strong knowledge of Web/ Google Analytics
• Strong project management capabilities
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
• A strong understanding of the DIRECT SELLING INDUSTRY and social media content management/ marketing
• Experience in loyalty and rewards advantageous
