Job Description
As Customer Experience (CX), we own the experience that we provide to our customers by activating the IFF brand and IFF solutions to provide value and differentiation across the various touch points of the customer journey. CX does this by delivering compelling & captivating content, ideas, and insights that shape the strategic story and engagement with customers to drive interest and positive outcomes, resulting in IFF business.
This will be a full time office-based role, with the potential for hybrid work after the first 6 months.
Job Requirements
How You Will Spend Your Time
Trend Analysis
Identify the main trends driving growth in food and beverage categories (focus on Dairy, Beverage, culinary) via tools like Mintel, Euromonitor, secondary reports etc to create & deliver compelling customer content for grow/retain/defend our business.
Concept Development
Supporting customer in their new product development journey by utilizing category trends and consumer insights to ideate and suggest relevant food and beverage concepts .
Strategic Alignment
Link market and consumer dynamics with IFF’s portfolio strengths to identify business opportunities.
Client Presentations
Prepare and present comprehensive presentations for our customers, showcasing trends, consumer insights, and proposing innovative product concepts.
Market Mapping and Gap Analysis
Analyze the market to identify new product launches and emerging trends.
Marketing Collateral Design
Produce professional marketing materials including flyers, one pagers, email banners and logos that showcase IFF’s various technologies while remaining true to the Corporate Brand.
Insights and Research
Gathering data and insights about food industry or food companies through desk research
Execution of Marketing activities
Coordinating and collaborating with sales, innovation and business units to drive industry initiatives and activities.
Required Skills
Advanced in Microsoft365 and related programs. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint a must. Basic Graphic Design Moderate level of expertise and works independently on data analysis and interpretation. Strategic thinking, learning agility “rolling up sleeves” to drive for results, creativity, problem solving and strong business acumen. Strong people skills and an effective collaborator Influencing and networking skills Ability to craft a compelling story driven by data to deliver insights. Demonstrating ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Should have worked in marketing communication Should have understanding of research and data Excellent communication Skills Experience of creating marketing collaterals Experience in coordinating with marketing agencies to coordinate events executions. Passion for thinking of new and innovative ways of marketing in B2B environment Adaptable and ready to learn the ways of working
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing preferably B2B within food and beverage manufacturing Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent
