An established and growing mid-tier audit, accounting and consulting firm in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking to employ an Audit Operations Administrator/Audit Resource Planner. The incumbent will serve as link between the audit partners, admin staff and other relevant stakeholders. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and finance admin support to the Partners, Managers and Audit staff.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications, experience in a firm environment, a strong systems background and will be at an advanced Excel level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Input – time clerks charge to codes / process.
- Timesheet analysis.
- Monitor efficiencies.
- Meeting billing deadlines.
- Work in progress management, administration, write offs, provisions.
- Work with (profit) margin committee re issues.
- Planning optimisation.
- Manage billing system.
- Processing purchases orders.
- Actual vs. Budgeted Revenue.
- Invoicing.
- Management of Debtors.
- Correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, and staff.
- Performing reconciliation between in-house systems.
- Coordination of departmental meetings.
- Collating and preparing reports.
- Prepare documentation such as agenda, presentations for meetings and word / Excel documents.
- Ensuring that Client queries are dealt with timeously.
- Assist partners in fostering good client relationships.
- Minute taking.
- Create and maintain a filing system.
- Process payment requests when required.
- Ad hoc administration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary degree
- 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Excel advanced level
- Systems background
