Job Description
A great company is currently seeking a PV Specialist to join their team in Midrand, Gauteng. Candidates will take the lead in Solar PV Design, Analysis and Project Management.
Requirements:
•BSc: Electrical Engineering
•PV Design Specialist Certification or equivalent (PV green card or equivalent)
•Proven Solar and battery system design and construction experience
•Experience in Solar PV and Energy Storage
•Knowledge of and/or experience in understanding of electrical and electronic control circuits
•Experience in energy analytics & power system analytics
•System Modelling – Scope/ design efficient PV systems using Helioscope; PVSyst
•Conformance with relevant Codes and Standards
•Translate system models into project proposals, including financial impact analysis and proposals to clients
