Job Description
A FMCG & food manufacturing company is currently looking to fill the role of Engineering Manager in their business.
Requirements:
•Grade 12
•BSc/ BTech/ HND/ Mechanical Engineering
•Government Certificate of Competency (factories)
•5+ years’ experience as a maintenance manager
•Knowledge and ability to manage P&L, budgets, financials, etc.
•Understanding of all relevant legislation (LRA, BCEA, SDA, OHSA, NEMA, safety, environmental etc.)
•Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies.
