Job Purpose
Marketing support for all Postpaid activities and other related business requirements in line with the overall brand and commercial strategy. Effective planning and execution of Deal Cycle, aligning all stakeholders, processes and timings. Responsible for the end-to-end management of briefs, deadlines, campaign themes, POS, Digital and Social Media planning.
Responsibilities
Brand & Communications
Manage Brand & Communication strategies within the defined Cell C Brand Strategy Ensure Brand CI is applied consistency across the marketing mix and touch points Liaise with cross functional teams including Product, OEMs, Deal Pricing Team, Agencies, PR & Sponsorship to implement communications and promotional plans Support Senior Management team on Product & Promotional launches Seek cost effective ways to reduce marketing spend while maximizing return on marketing spend Ensure all GTM elements adhere to Brand CI and tonality
Go to Market Strategies
Manage the postpaid segment GTM within the defined Cell C Brand Strategy Manage GTM initiatives against set business objectives Implement Marketing Plans to support the overall brand strategy Coordinate GTM activities to ensure effective product launches Liaise with BluNova to drive CVM campaigns that support brand strategy
Marketing Operations
Co-ordination and pagination of postpaid marketing material for the monthly deal cycle execution in collaboration with Cell C marketing team Brief and manage execution of instore POS elements, digital and Social Media elements Communicate and manage adherence to deal cycle timelines with all stakeholders, send timeous comms and escalate any delays De-brief any required changes to agency and manage timelines with agency and internal stakeholders. Manage marketing process and ensure approval of marketing collateral by Pricing, Marketing and CCO Manage the distribution and flighting schedule of all final artwork Seek new Media & sponsorship opportunities within the group and outside to ensure a presence for the Cell C postpaid brand, working closely with Cell C. Work closely with media agency on monthly reporting. Support Management on marketing ad-hoc campaigns and event management as required.
Research, Competitor Scanning and Reporting
Compile a comprehensive presentation of all marketing elements that went into deal cycle along with quantitative results (working closely with BluNova) Compile and present a monthly market analysis of related postpaid competitive offers Conduct monthly mystery shopping in Cell C and competitor brands and provide feedback and analysis Post campaign analysis: collating of all elements of the campaign and campaign performance thereof Research insights/trends before launching campaign so we can build an effective campaign
