Role: Google Ads Specialist - Full-time (Remote)
Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm AEST - Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10)
Salary: $2070 AUD - $2595 AUD per month
Scope of the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced, dedicated and hands-on Google Ads Specialist to join their growing Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record and deep understanding in developing and executing PPC advertising campaigns that generate immediate and impactful results, with exceptional communication skills and a strong analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions. You'll be responsible for creating and managing effective Google Ads campaigns, optimising performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Quick Results: Develop and execute PPC advertising campaigns that generate immediate and impactful results for our clients.
- Develop Strategy and Goals: Create and execute PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Search, Google Mobile Ads, YouTube, and Google Display Partners. Define campaign objectives and strategies.
- Campaign Launch: Conduct thorough research to identify the most suitable and well-rated keywords for each campaign. Craft compelling AdWords Ads and targeted Search Campaigns, while effectively utilizing Display and Re-Marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Monitor and optimize campaigns weekly and monthly. Analyze ad performance to identify the most effective strategies, ensuring budget allocation maximizes ROI.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports (weekly or monthly) to evaluate campaign performance against set goals and objectives. Make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Funnel Optimization: Manage and optimize landing pages and websites, including the installation of conversion code and tracking pixels. Continuously monitor and improve results.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate campaign strategies to Account Managers who will relay them to clients. Collaborate to achieve client satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications to achieve ongoing optimization.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities within paid search to benefit our clients.
Requirements
- 3-5+ Years of Google Ads Experience: Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong Knowledge of the Australian Market: Familiarity with the nuances of the Australian market is essential.
- Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable home office setup with fast and backup internet connectivity and no electrical breakdown issues.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey campaign strategies and insights.
- Google Ads Certification: Google Ads certification(s) is highly valued.
