Responsibilities
: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers Develop and implement product development plans Work with other engineering disciplines to ensure that products meet all requirements Manage project budgets and schedules Ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in mechanical engineering Mentor and develop junior engineers

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices Experience in managing and motivating a team
