Reporting: Preparing and managing various reports. Data Management: Collating information and ensuring accurate data entry. Diesel Spend Analysis: Checking and reporting on diesel expenditures. Weighbridge Figures: Reporting on figures from the weighbridge. HR Administration: Assisting with HR-related administrative tasks. Requirements:
Location: Must reside in Bojanala District, Mogwase, Ledig, or Moroleng areas as this is an office based role. Experience: Intermediate Administrator: 3-4 years of administrative experience, ideally in a mining environment.Senior Administrator: 5-6 years of administrative experience, ideally in a mining environment. Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas. Education: A related certification or diploma is preferred.
