We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Marketing Manager for the Global Consulting service line with a passion for technology.
This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with top business technologists and contribute to EY's vision, shaping the trajectory of Technology Consulting. It is pivotal to EY’s reputation as a global leader in technology services and transformation consulting, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the market and with the world’s most important businesses and organizations across industries.
As a key player in the Global Consulting BMC team, and working closely with business leadership, you will help deliver B2B marketing campaigns that spotlight our distinctive position and expertise in tech and transformation with AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and more, including those on Microsoft, SAP and Service Now platforms.
Your key responsibilities
Be accountable for day-to-day delivery of agreed BMC plans and campaigns to build brand and help market-facing teams expand relationships and drive revenue with our top clients. Become an expert in our technology areas of expertise and offerings to inform and influence marketing campaigns across the firm. Work closely with SMEs (subject matter experts) to help develop and deliver: research-led thought leadership, internal positioning and messaging, client case studies, media articles, content, paid ads, social media assets and internal communications. Support Global and Regional event planning, execution and follow-up. Work with PR and Social teams to identify and pursue opportunities for Consulting business leaders to raise their profile in the market. Actively engage Global Consulting BMC team members and take on additional projects as required to contribute to overall team success. Proactively build relationships across the firm to activate and support campaigns within other areas of the business.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have:
5-8 years of brand and marketing experience, mainly in B2B, preferably with tech product, service, consulting companies or marketing creative agency background. Excellent writing and communication skills. Good relationship builder and strong team player, comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment. Comfortable working with senior business leaders and good at building trust.
