This is an opportunity to join the firm’s Group Pipeline Management (GPM) team, which is focused on ensuring consistent, timely and accurate data capture throughout the client onboarding process. This role will link directly with Client Advisory and other Core Services teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and cohesion. This role will report into the Group Value & Pricing Manager.
Our work with/in Group Pipeline Management
The Group Pipeline Management Team, a team within the Value & Pricing Team, is responsible for capturing and interrogating data across all elements of the client onboarding process. The team currently comprises four regional coordinators reporting to a Group team lead.
Key Responsibilities
Jr. Group Pipeline Management Coordinators will be a global support for Regional Group Pipeline Management Coordinators and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Supporting Regional GPM Coordinators with: Executing data capture across all Regional Clearance and Fee Committee SubmissionsSetting up new mandates, new business opportunity codes and codes for Pro Bono workCreating & updating Client records including Roles, Band, Sector and confidentialityCoverage for planned and unplanned periods of absence Executing a review of accuracy and completeness of individual records to ensure overall accuracy of Group Pipeline including: Working to confirm potential opportunities that are about to lapse in our Group PipelineClean Up exercises to validate the completeness of data entryEnsuring a closed loop from Clearance through to Outcome captures complete pursuit lifecycle accurately Working alongside Regional GPM Coordinators to: Work with client teams where clarifications needed / gaps exist in Clearance or Fee Committee SubmissionsWork with Regional Fee Committees to ensure accuracy of fee notes and potential value detailsSupport client teams in ensuring Mandate records accurately set up and adjusted as situations changeLink with Finance, Dynamics, BI and assistant teams around pipeline and mandate detail Foundational knowledge and guidance to client teams and core services around effective set up of all elements of the Group Pipeline and mandates, including roles, Sector, Practice Group & Issues taxonomies, mandates structures
