Exciting opportunity in Mpumalanga! Looking for a Deputy Nursing Services Manager with leadership skills to meet patient and hospital needs in a private Hospital.
Requirements:
•Relevant Nursing Degree/Diploma
•SANC registered
•Post basic qualification in ICU/critical care advantageous
•5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
•The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
