SoluGrowth is looking for a Consolidation Manager reporting to the Head of Accounting & Reporting.
The role purpose is to provide support, develop and enhance the existing Business Planning & Consolidation application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce statutory financial information
Produce a set of financial reports and supporting schedules accurately and timeously to determine the performance of the companies (profit and loss) Produce a set of accurate reconciled balance sheets on time in full Ensure statutory compliance with the Receiver of Revenue requirements as required by specific country
Financial governance, internal controls and risk mitigation
Implement, maintain and assess key financial controls Analyse and check creditor and debtor age analysis and provide feedback to action payment Drafting of annual financial statements Identify financial risks and implement mitigating measures
Build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Professional communication, behaviour and actions result in a high level of credibility, trust and respect with internal work partners Build effective relations with internal and external work partners to adhere to service level agreements where applicable
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes
Implement new ideas and improve methods, systems and work processes that will lead to cost efficiency and speed of reporting Stay abreast of current developments in relevant expertise

CA (SA) FMCG experience
