Used / New Vehicle Sales Manager position available in Johannesburg
Duties:
Supervising and motivating salespeople Promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles Ensure that the department reaches targets on a monthly basis Purchasing of vehicles as stock for the department Handling customer related and staff related issues Managing all budgets for the department, and promotions that empower the team to sell cars Evaluations of trade-in vehicles
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Vehicle sales manager with New or Pre-owned vehicles Considerable experience with Vehicle sales Experience working in a corporate branded dealership Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department Good communication and relationship building skills Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record
