Job Description
This full time position will require the successful candidate to be responsible for designing and implementing all strategies linked to a fair and attractive remuneration and wellness package.
Requirements:
•BCom HR or Finance Degree
•5 years in a similar role on management level
•Broad knowledge of general HR policies and practices
•Experience with job grading and remuneration structures
•MS Excel is essential
