Hire Resolve’s Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Technical Key Accounts Manager in Durban , specializing in the building environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the industrial sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise and industry knowledge will enable you to effectively analyze market trends and provide insights to clients on the latest developments in the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop key client accounts in the industrial sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and onsite visits Understand clients’ technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field 5+ years of experience as a Technical Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industrial sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients In-depth knowledge of market trends and developments in the industrial sector Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide customized solutions Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the Durban area and occasionally nationally
