Career Growth opportunity in Johannesburg! We are looking for a someone to fulfil the role of a Nursing Manager to be responsible to managing the floor and multiple units of a Private Hospital.
Requirements:
•Relevant Nursing degree/diploma
•SANC registered
•Post basic qualification in ICU/Trauma or Theatre
•5 years Unit Manager experience
•The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
