"TRS is looking for a SUBCONTRACT MANAGER to ensure that Subcontract Administration is performed efficiently in accordance to project requirement for our international client’s LNG PROJECT based in MOZAMBIQUE."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Post-Contract Award: Develop and maintain registers for all subcontracts to monitor the performance against the responsibilities undertaken as per the Subcontract. Instruct the Subcontractor on the procedure of Administration. Review and validate the progress payment submitted by Subcontractors. Assure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages and close out of the Subcontracts are performed / processed in accordance with the relevant procedure. Ensure that the letters and notices from the Subcontractors are appropriately replied to. Ensure all letters, instructions and notices given to Subcontractors are acknowledged and acted upon in a timely manner. Monitor key dates against dates defined in the main contract, any variations and claims submittal advice to project management team of the implications of project program and forecasts, if any (i.e. delays/costs). Analyze the issued Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions, Deviation Requests to determine cost impact related to Subcontracts. Participate actively in change management and risk management sessions.
. QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Accredited Degree qualification. Minimum TEN (10) years’ recent proven work-related experience within Oil & Gas Industry. Valid Work Certificates
