As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented technicians and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services to our clients. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity is essential. Additionally, familiarity with ISO framework and certifications such as ISO27001, ITIL, or ITSM would be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical department, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, assisting with complex technical issues and escalations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on technical matters
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in a technical leadership role within an MSP or similar environment.
R40,000 to R60,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
