Job Description
A leading organisation is looking for a Head of HR: Client Services and Digital & Transactional Services to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to interpret the business strategy and priorities by translating, advising, and implementing best people strategies and practices while effectively managing people risk. This role involves partnering with leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business unit HR strategies and plans that align with the specific business unit strategic objectives through researching, initiating, driving and using innovative best practices that will result in a high performing culture. Support business talent acquisition focus on specialist skills i.e. digital, CX, regulatory control, & banking infrastructure. Develop and partner with COE’s and Group HR’s to implement best in class people leadership and effective practices, programs and processes for the achievement of the business unit and cluster people strategy. Act as a strategic partner and advisor to all members of the senior leadership team to enable insightful innovative thinking and problem solving on seamless mobility between teams, cross skilling and training, ongoing and innovative staff and capacity redistribution and shared goals. Implement change practices to equip domain squads / full stack teams with greater autonomy and less hierarchy. Ensure the achievement of transformation plans by monitoring and implementing business unit plans through divisional forums and working closely with relevant COO’s, business managers and change champions. Design strategies, practices and processes that improve the impact across the HR value chain. Lead the creation and delivery of transformational change programs by mobilising senior executive commitment to build acceptance of change and embedding desired culture and behaviours throughout the business. Advise, coach and support line managers and employees in the practical execution of the full employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment & selection, job evaluation, remuneration & benefits, induction, learning & development, employee wellness, succession, talent management and organisational design. Utilise data and analytics to track key HR metrics, identify trends, inform talent strategies, identification of focus areas/hotspots and measurement of effectiveness of strategies and talent plans implemented and making data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
Postgraduate / relevant degree Minimum 10 years relevant experience in human capital
