We are looking for a Duty Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from arrival to departure is seamless in accordance with all policies and procedures set.
•Grade 12 plus diploma/certificate in Hospitality Industry/Tourism
•2 -3 years previous experience
•Able to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night Auditor
•Able to compile the roster, roster management
•Set up and create training for all new recruited Guest Relations Officers
•Flexible to work night shift
•Punctual & self-disciplined
•Extreme attention to detail
•Good basic computer & administration skills
•Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
•Monitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition
•Oversee all Guest Relations processes
•Assist in employee relations processes
