Job Description:
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is often preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and others related to specific technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft 365:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other related services.
- Ability to implement and manage security features in Microsoft 365.
Firewalls:
- Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls for network security.
- Familiarity with popular firewall solutions, such as Cisco, Sophos, Mikrotik, or Fortinet.
Desktop Support:
- Proficiency in providing desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for both Windows and potentially Mac systems.
- Knowledge of remote desktop support tools and techniques.
Servers:
- Experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Cloud Backup:
- Hands-on experience with cloud backup solutions, such as Azure Backup, AWS Backup, or other third-party backup tools.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery best practices in cloud environments.
Leadership and Management Skills:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
