Our fast-growing digital bank is seeking a detail-oriented Martech Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives through effective use of our marketing technology stack.
This role is pivotal in maintaining data hygiene across platforms, setting up marketing automation campaigns, and ensuring that our technology investments yield maximum engagement and insights. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of marketing technologies to drive conversions and streamline our digital marketing processes.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Design and help implement the technical structures for our marketing technology platforms. Monitor and manage continuously to ensure optimisation for conversion using personalisation and segmentation frameworks. Together with the Data and Insights team, ensure the integrity and cleanliness of customer data across our marketing technology platforms. Implement regular audits and cleansing routines to maintain data accuracy and compliance. Design and execute marketing automation campaigns including appropriate tagging, utilizing our existing technology stack to drive engagement and conversions. Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments based on analytics and insights. Harness the full potential of our existing marketing technology platforms for analytics, customer engagement, and content management. Optimize these tools to support specific marketing goals and strategies. Working with the Data & Insights team, utilize analytics tools to monitor and report internally on campaign performance and customer behaviour. Use these insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness. Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure that marketing technology efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Support teams in understanding and leveraging technology for marketing purposes. Provide ongoing training and support to the marketing team on best practices for using marketing technology platforms and executing campaigns.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in a marketing technology role, with a strong background in managing marketing automation campaigns and maintaining data hygiene. Demonstrated experience in optimizing marketing technology platforms for campaign management, data analysis, and content delivery. Experience with GA4, AdTech, Customer Data Platforms, CMS, Google Tag Manager, Comms and campaign deployment tools, and other digital marketing technologies Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets. Solid project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent communication and training abilities. Professional certifications related to marketing automation or data management (Advantageous). Experience working in the fintech or digital banking sector (Advantageous). Previous Agency or Fintech experience (Advantageous).
