Overview
Position: IAOM Project Manager
Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team in managing the IAOM (International Association of Operative Millers) project in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of all project activities within the specified timeline and budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and achievement of project goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget allocations Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials Ensure project compliance with IAOM standards and guidelines Monitor and track project expenses and report on budget status Lead project meetings, communicate project status, and facilitate decision-making processes Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field PMP certification is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or food processing industry Experience with IAOM projects is a plus Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
