A leader in the telecommunications and digital arena is looking for a Customer Insights Manager. The successful candidate will lead with market research to develop a clear and comprehensive view of the client experience, identifying opportunities for product and process improvement, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Use research to improve customer experience and behaviour
- Create alignment with our product and service o?ering
- Create customer focus groups
- Build internal client relationships
- Completion of qualitative and quantitative data analysis with measurable results to improve business strategic objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to promote impactful change
Requirements
- 3+ years of analytics experience, background in customer intelligence a plus
- Strong proficiency with complex statistical analysis and memorable presentation skills
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent writing and editing skills
Quali?cations
- BCom Honours or higher in relevant ?eld
