We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our clients product team. Someone who is passionate about the product management discipline and understands the benefits of frameworks/processes and how to optimise them in a way that is effective and efficient. This role requires someone that will thrive in collaboration with product managers and various cross-functional team members as well as customers and partners to better the clients product processes and product offering.
Knowledge:
- Contribute to overall company product strategy and vision
- Research competitors and similar product offerings
- Engage in proactive development research to continuously identify and/or ideate opportunities for new features, products, and enhanced processes to improve the customer experience.
- Manage product platforms used by a wide array of internal stakeholders
- Regularly engage in performance analysis, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals based on product metrics
- Work with the analytics department to give quantitative context to product strategy decisions.
- Analyze data to help product management make better-informed decisions
- Build Qualitative & Quantitive Feedback Loops
- Help research, organise, and recommend resources on product management best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate product manager’s responsibilities and related tasks to help drive consistency and efficiency across product management as a whole
- Oversee quality assurance checks on new features
Qualifications and Experience:
- BCom Degree or higher in relevant field
- 3 to 5 years experience
