Project Management areas/processes:
- Scope management: Technical clarification
- Risk management: Liase with relevant management
- Planning and time management (Bar chart)
- Procurement : Subcontractors, equipment schedules, ordering in accordance with QA procedures , inspections
- Project logistics: Organisation and site establishment site progress meetings, pricing for variation orders, supply info for invoicing and
follow up contractual retention conditions
- Project communications: Customer and internal
- Project result : Commercial responsibility for administration, time schedule and overall profitability
Provide reliable service to customers - Ensure compliance with requirements of ISO 9000-2001 and relevant Client SHE System
Experience:
* Tendering processes
* Contract negotiations
* Project management
* Understanding the Petroleum Industry
* At Least five years min. experience in the Petroleum Industry
Educational Requirements:
* Computer Literacy
* Project Management Diploma
