Are you a Dialler Manager looking for a new opportunity? A leading retail company are offering a fantastic opportunity to become a part of their team.
Requirements:
•At least 6 years working experience working in a call centre environment
•3 years’ experience in managing operating dialler systems.
•Tableau and Presence technology knowledge preferred
•Outbound dialling systems knowledge
•Experience with behavioural risk scoring, account segmentation, and calling strategies.
