Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join a renowned electronics leader and pioneer in the mining field within Southern Africa. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills, who is well-versed in Pastel and MS Excel, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage customer quotations. Handle switchboard operations. Manage invoicing and coordinate courier deliveries and collections at the mines. Process all purchase orders for new and repair items from receipt to delivery. Handle import and export tasks. Maintain full stock control. Follow up on all outstanding orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents. Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Ensure efficient execution of all processes and procedures related to key tasks and responsibilities. Maintain an organized system for company documents and daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Pastel for invoicing. Intermediate skills in Excel. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive, can-do attitude. Own transportation. Keen attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Honesty, discretion, and trustworthiness. A professional demeanor and strong ethical standards. Self-motivation and a positive outlook. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
