EPC Business Support Coordinator
East Rand
Salary: R500 000 – R750 000CTC
Duties:
- Coordination and management of various administrative/business support activities (Policies, systems, reporting, Documentation, and records, etc.) within an Electrical Infrastructure EPC organisation.
- Ensure and enable the smooth, healthy, and stable flow of business activities.
- Devise the work process optimization plan according to the specific needs of the company, and implement the plan.
- Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the ISO system.
- Supervise the reporting of the company’s performance indicators.
- Prepare, track and present the performance in the form of reports, presentations and dashboards.
- Provision of the company’s business support services
Minimum Requirements.
- Business management/administration qualification or
- Engineering qualification with strong business support management experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, business support management within the Engineering Construction industry
- Knowledge and experience with ISO requirements
- Knowledge and experience with industry-related laws and regulations
- Knowledge and experience with policies and business processes within the EPC space is an advantage
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to facilitate and support the growth of team members
- Analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
