Job Description
Full HR scope so HR generalist role
Tertiary Education is a requirement please(at least Bachelors qual)
Note that this role does not have LTi or Sti
Candidates must have strong IR exp in FMCG in highly-unionised environments and MUST have exp in Union Negotiations, CCMA and related(Food companies preferable)
•Role will report to the Divisions Management Executive with a dotted line to the HR Director.
•Must have leadership/management experience with HR & Admin staff(please ensure that this is detailed on CV)
