Job Title: Credit Administration Officer
Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a Credit Administration Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit administration and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
Review and process credit applications in a timely manner Analyse financial documents and credit reports to determine creditworthiness Monitor and maintain customer credit limits and terms Prepare reports on credit status and collection efforts Work closely with sales and finance teams to resolve any credit issues Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in credit administration or related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of credit laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management software
