Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our client’s team as the National Sales Training Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of the sales team through the coordination and implementation of effective sales training programs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales training programs and materials in line with company objectives Identify training needs and gaps within the sales team and develop strategies to address them Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops for sales representatives Deliver engaging and interactive sales training sessions, both in person and virtually Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and revise as needed Collaborate with sales managers to provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into the training programs Manage the training budget and resources efficiently Track and report on the training progress and results to the management team
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in sales (currently). Financial services industry will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills Experience with generating your own leads & cold calling (No Inbound Sales) Goal driven Exceptional knowledge of the area/region you are applying for External Sales Only In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies Strong presentation and facilitation skills Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms Strong organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
