Package
- R 25 000 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and streamline support service processes, including internal inquiries, warranty claims, and stock requests.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels, equipment, and supplies to support service operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement in support services
- Ensure that support operations comply with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in purchasing/supply chain (beneficial)
- Financial acumen (invoicing, quotes)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a purchasing, buying, and store role
- Stock control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
