As the Sales Manager within Direct Financial Advice (DFA), you will be responsible for leading, developing, motivating and coaching a team of Financial Advisors to achieve agreed sales targets as well as to ensure that advice provided is in accordance with FAIS requirements. Ensure delivery of customer value proposition. Responsible for distribution strategy of products within the team. Ensure that advice provided is in accordance with FAIS requirements. Identify & create coordinated sales opportunities through others. Manage Leads actioning Drive marketing initiatives within the team. Ensure optimal utilization of leads and campaigns. Manage sales & expense budget for a team of Financial Advisors against set targets. Conduct regular and effective individual review meetings with each Financial Advisor within the sales team. Lead weekly sales team meetings with the team and individual Financial Advisors. Follow up on and resolve all problems and queries generated by the Financial Advisers. Manage all performance management and IR issues. Recruitment of Financial Advisors. Ensuring that the Financial Advisors are trained and that they comply with the FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
