Duties and Responsibilities
- Pro- actively source candidates in the market relevant to job specs available
- Ensure all vacancies are loaded and advertised on Ditto / Placement Partner within 24 hours of receiving the request
- Ensure all vacancies are loaded onto Click n Check for Risk Assessment purposes
- Conduct Telephonic and face to face interviews – If done via Teams, then a copy of the link should be attached to the candidate on Ditto /Placement Partner (Interviews are recorded)
- Daily follow up with clients on status of vacancies as well as candidate submissions
- Candidates are to be matched to all available jobs within the business
- All CV’s to be formatted and reference checked – They should be readily available to send to a client
- Ensure a 24 hour turnaround to be followed for all referral CV’s received
- Generate leads from candidates who have attended multiple interviews
- Ensure all stats are recorded on Ditto /Placement Partner
- Be familiar with the fee structure of the business and be able to explain the different models we have available,
- Manage the entire recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
- This would include advertising vacancies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to prospective clients.
- Always maintain good relations and practice sound ethics with clients, candidates and co-workers
- Reaching daily, weekly, monthly, targets are mandatory
- Proforma and placement forms to be completed with each placement made and should be done in timeous manner
- Daily follow up with candidates on interview to ensure they are prepared and ready to go
- Ensure (Company CRM) is used effectively and updated accurately on a daily basis
- AAC to be conducted every Friday
- To follow up with candidate and client after every interview to ensure the highest quality of service and communication according to EAW standards
- Ensure that a prep sheet is sent out for every candidate who is on an interview with a client
- Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Ensure that candidate’s supporting documentation is obtaining and attached to Ditto /Simplify HR
- All candidates to complete a POPI declaration before any CV is sent to a client. This needs to be stored on Ditto
System and Administration:
- Load, create and publish job ads on the CRM System (Ditto/Placement Partner).
- Utilize the CRM system (Ditto/Placement Partner) effectively as per company requirements and training provided.
- Capture and update information on CRM system Excel and MS Teams as per tracking requirements as per the required timelines.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Sign in files to risk department for references.
- Complete and submit placement forms for contracting
- Ensure that CRM system (Ditto/Placement Partner) completion is live and up to date.
Innovation:
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process, and implements changes
- Improves organization attractiveness and/or efficiencies by recommending new policies and practices, innovative ideas, proposals and communications were beneficial to business.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Find other means of sourcing candidates by proposing and implementing innovative strategies.
