We're looking for a Client Experience Manager to lead our service delivery efforts and exceed customer expectations. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing service delivery organizations, and ensuring financial success while maintaining high service standards. Your expertise in program management, leadership, and problem-solving will be key as you oversee projects, implement strategies for positive customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you have at least five years of operations and service delivery experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills, we'd love to have you on board.
Matric certification and ITIL Foundation are required, with additional qualifications such as postgraduate degrees or leadership training being a plus.
