Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to partner on initiatives and ensure strategic alignment across the Life and Private Banking business, encompassing awareness and product campaigns (events, newsletters, sponsorships, campaigns, CVP decks, onboarding journeys, key strategic initiatives, etc.)
- Collaborate with Private Banking segment brand managers to identify opportunities to drive product uptake and entrenchment for our life insurance offering across owned, paid, and earned channels
- Leverage insights into client use of current products to identify untapped opportunities and understand client personas to drive entrenchment initiatives
- Utilize behavioural insights and analytics to drive client entrenchment for our life insurance offering
- Support a national team of in-house Financial Advisers across various initiatives (third-party marketing, events, gifting, sales aids)
- Maintain brand guidelines and integrity
- Manage timelines, expectations, and relationships.
- Set success metrics and measure results
Experience, skills and capabilities:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Formal marketing qualification (degree or diploma)
- Experience with product marketing in the insurance industry
- A proven brand management track record of partnering with business and cross functional teams, excelling in a complex environment
- Ability to join the dots between business challenges / objectives and marketing opportunities
- Delivery driven; a natural do-er that enjoys the rush of a fast-paced organisation and can't stand ‘the ordinary'
- A resourceful, proactive team player, with excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, with a can-do attitude
- Flexible and adaptable working style, with an ability to multi-task across different portfolios
