The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing existing relationships with brokers and manage the day to day responsibility of the floorplan on a daily basis for a niche, boutique financial services firm based in Pretoria.
Reporting to the Head of New Business, the KAM will promote financial products and services to existing brokers, and provide them with customized solutions to meet their commercial clients needs.
Other key activities include:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and broker interactions in the company's CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with existing brokers
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that brokers receive a seamless experience
- Manage the day to day floorplan tasks including placements, settlements, reporting, stock takes and the relationship with the underlying clients.

- Asset based finance
- Invoice discounting
- Floorplan financing
Requirements:
- Commercial qualification (finance, marketing, business management or similar will be advantageous)
- Experience in business development, or account management in the commercial finance industry will be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and brokers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
